The evolve trade evolution Pokémon without trading glitch is one on Pokémon Diamond and Pearl which allows the player to evolve Pokémon that evolve through trade, without actually trading them away.

Notes

It's best if the player requests a Pokémon that is impossible to get in exchange for the player's Pokémon. This way, the other player is unlikely to take it.

Requirements

• Access to the Global Trade Center and a Pokémon the player is willing to trade.

Procedure

1. Go to the Global Trade Center.
2. Deposit the Pokémon into the Global Trade Center that the player wants to evolve. If the Pokémon requires an item to evolve, have the item equipped before the Pokémon is deposited.
3. Search the Global Trade Center for any Pokémon, and do at least one trade.
4. Withdraw the Pokémon from the Global Trade Center.
5. It will enter the "evolving" screen and the Pokémon should now evolve.
